Everyone who writes tasks for a maths classroom has a style.

I love teaching statistics, but I would have to confess I am a pure mathematician first, and a statistician second.
That means that there is a 'pure' feel to some of these tasks.

I have sadly not thus far in my career worked as a professional statistician;
perhaps all those who teach A Level statistics should be obliged to do that at some stage.
I hope that those of you that have worked in that way will forgive any 'unworldliness' in my approach.
